“My partner Aimee made for her mother’s 60th birthday recently. She used the Chelsea mud cake recipe and decorated it with ganache icing and buttercream icing in the centre. She also used M and Ms & Kit Kats for a final flourish and handmade fondant stars. It tasted as good as it looked!” Kevin
